Finally!

Well after going back and forth with the Government for past 6 months, Les Gâteaux Mignons is officially a registered business! Very exciting times up in here! I mean, it doesn't really change much, but it does leave me comforted in knowing NOBODY in Quebec can use my business name! In fact, nobody in the world (that I know of) is using this name! Being in Quebec, your business name has to be in French (unless you are using your first and last name). So after a long year of pondering what I could use, I came up with "Les Gâteaux Mignons". I think it's totally cute and has a Parisian vibe! I can totally picture the cute sign outside my future cupcake shop... ahhh *Sigh*, one day!

A couple of weeks ago I tested out a new batter, Banana Chocolate Pecan. YUM YUM YUM, Honestly delicious! So this has officially be added to the list of flavors!
